This was recommended by a foot and a orthopedic Dr.. Wearing them under long pants , sweat, sports pants becomes uncomfortable due to the heat , so I wear them under shorts. I use to get some strange looks but I didn’t care because I have to do what I have to do for me. It eventually became acceptable to everyone, no more strange looks . I wear support Tights or pantyhose at least 16 a day. Wish more would do this and it would become more acceptable in general.
