Your prints are nothing without a good artist, they deserve to make money. “Oh it will help build your portfolio” I hear from others, maybe not you, but hey you are willing to let artists create, pay them nothing, ok maybe one lucky guy who spent years learning art, Adobe software, and has SKILLS. Skill is what you seek, skill is what costs money in any profession, not a hundred bucks. For 100 dollars from me you can get a consultation for an hour on how to be a success in the I’m just a bill D.C. or bust shirt it is in the first place but t-shirt business. It’s not the t-shirt that sells, or your action, it will only be the validity of the art having appeal to your customers. So please do this: Take your 100 dollars, buy some pencils and a good sketchbook. Draw until you like what you see. Get a trial version of Adobe Photoshop. If you go the pirated version you will be out of business shortly. Scan the art. Open file in Photoshop. Draw the outlines, fill with color, learn to use the tools. Not so easy is it? Probably worth a whole lot more than a 100 bucks, cause it takes skills. Learn these skills if you can’t afford to pay skilled artists a decent pay.
